Returns & Exchanges

At Funstock, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a flexible 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Funstock account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
